At Melbourne Connect, we are purpose-built for collaboration. We host an extensive calendar of more than 300 events each year, from our annual flagship festival, Melbourne Connect Innovation Week, to our regular Meet the Neighbours community gatherings.

Designed by global architecture firm Woods Bagot, Melbourne Connect provides contemporary workspaces designed to support modern organisations. Tenants also have access to 16 bookable meeting rooms equipped with AV infrastructure.
Our flexible event spaces support a range of experiences, from workshops and seminars to conferences, keynote presentations, and exhibitions. With end-to-end event coordination and catering capabilities, we provide the expertise and support to deliver engaging events for teams, clients, and communities.
We offer onsite childcare facilities through our partner, Froebel Carlton Early Learning Centre, providing care for children from six months to five years old.
For active commuters, our premium underground End-of-Trip facility includes secure bicycle storage, a maintenance station, private showers, lockers, and change-room facilities.
Beyond the workplace, tenants benefit from onsite conveniences, including cafés, restaurants, and a mini supermarket, providing easy access to food, coffee, and everyday essentials throughout the day.

Melbourne Connect is located alongside the University of Melbourne’s Parkville campus, with several University faculties based onsite. It sits at the gateway to the Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, providing access to major research hospitals, the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute, the Doherty Institute, and CSL.
Less than one kilometre from Melbourne’s CBD, Melbourne Connect is located on Swanston Street, one of Melbourne’s busiest tram corridors, with direct access to the city via eight tram routes. For those travelling by train, Parkville Station on Grattan Street is just a five-minute walk away.

Melbourne Connect is a purpose-built precinct to support organisations at every stage of growth, from start-ups to enterprise organisations. Our flexible tenancy options range from individual desks at Melbourne Connect Co-working to private suites accommodating up to 200 people.
