Class one: Tuesday 21 February – Vinyasa Yoga with Jennifer Li
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly using breathwork.
Need to bring: Water bottle, towel and your own yoga mat.
