Co-Founder, Emma & Tom’s; Country Director Australia, Think Equal
Emma Welsh is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a strong track record in building consumer brands and creating social impact. She co-founded Emma & Tom’s in 2003, growing the Australian health food and beverage business over more than two decades before its divestment in 2024. Emma is Country Director Australia at Think Equal, a global education initiative delivering social and emotional learning in early years services for children.
Start-up founder and reporter at 9News Melbourne
Since graduating from the University of Melbourne, Mark has lead live television coverage of fires, floods, lockdowns and elections for 9News Melbourne. In 2024 he returned to the University to join the Melbourne Accelerator Program where he founded Newsie – a software company which automates clipping, posting and personalisation of broadcast news content.
